Why don't I see a buy button on the website?
For an indefinite period, the Senneco site is not transactional, but it is optimized to facilitate the search for products.
Why is a product not found on the site?
Although Senneco presents a large quantity of products on its site, some are not displayed online. A few reasons can explain this: a low quantity in inventory, a discontinued product or an unprocessed product.
Do you accept merchandise returns?
Return costs are 25%, plus shipping costs if applicable.
The equipment must be in perfect condition.
Any special order cannot be returned.
What credit cards are accepted in store?
We accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What are the opening hours of the Longueuil branch?
Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery time is 24 hours from the time of receipt of your order depending on product availability.
How much is shipping?
A minimum fee of $85 will be charged and validation of your postal code will confirm the exact price.
How far do you deliver?
Our truck delivery service is offered throughout the province of Quebec.
Do I have to be present during delivery?
We ask our customers to be available at the site on the day of delivery.
Where will the products in my order be delivered?
Senneco offers delivery directly to the contractor's construction site.
